1st Cedar Hill Annual
Baden Powell Banquet!
What? A Potluck Dinner & our AGM
Where? At the Scout Hall (3680 Cottonwood Street)
When? Wednesday, February 24, 2010, 6-8pm
Why? To meet other 1st Cedar Hill families and visit with the ones you already know. Share a good meal and attend our Annual General Meeting
(children will be entertained during the AGM).
How? If you haven’t already signed up for the Potluck on the sign up sheet at the hall, contact the Banquet Menu Planner Heather Ranson @ (250)477-1540
We need you to bring:
- Either a main dish* to feed 10-12 people that is fully cooked and warm OR
- A salad* to feed 10-12 people.
*In order to promote variety, please specify the name of the dish you are bringing.
Please also bring plates, cups and cutlery
for your family.
